From a personal point of view, though, I'm mainly interested in whether this device will meet my needs as a solid workhorse to replace my ageing 3GS. I'm pretty confident that the answer is yes.
crackrdbycracku: I think the next big hardware update will be a four inch screen and lte or some other '4g' tech. I don't think apple is ready for this so we get ip4.

I guess it's still a nice phone if you're into small screens?

I guess you have never used a SGS2 for a long period huh? For some people (myself included) it is MUCH more important than itunes/icloud etc.
Rhodan: In the end, software is the most important thing on a Smartphone, in which case, I'll take the smaller iPhone screen anyday.
