Has any one tried the channels app and connected it to an HDHomeRun unit yet?  Whilst no good for watching on demand, I'm guessing it would work for watching live TV?

Slightly OT but have always wondered why some of these decoder boxes are so expensive. I recently bought this box from aliexpress for $NZD58 for netflix and I can use the google play store. Just a pity the roku streamer wasn't sold here also.

Does it work is the question?  I had something similar....the TVNZ app wouldn't go on it.  The Sky Go App would, but then it complained it wasn't allowed to output video over HDMI.  The remote I had to keep switching to mouse mode for certain apps.  You name it.

I bought a wireless mouse and use this also with the remote. I had to update the netflix app easily updated from the google play store and I note lightbox also has a app in the google play store. I also updated Kodi via the updater app pleased so far with this box and the price I paid for it.

Looking at getting an Apple TV 4th gen for Netflix, Lightbox. Currently use Chromecast but also like playing a few games from time to time along with 2 young kids and dont have big console.

Before I buy are there many games on Apple TV. Is it like Ipad or much less. And are developers of bigger games supporting it. Do games like Xcom for IOS get to Apple TV.

If there are lots of good games might get 64gb version, otherwise will not.

If you look up the apps you're keen on in the app store, it'll say whether they're tvOS compliant. There isn't a huge range, as far as I know (I haven't really looked for any on mine) but it's growing all the time.

Has anyone who uses multiple country itunes accounts noticed any issues with tvOS 10? I'm a bit reluctant to upgrade in case the new OS breaks this excellent feature.

No change that I have noticed
