Imagine if you could book a courier for a specific 1 hour time window.....rather than having to make sure you're home all day etc.......no more have to effectively DDOS their website with refreshes to see that they delivered it without bothering to ring the bell so you at least know it's in the letter box (if you're lucky), tossed over the front gate, or my favourite, left on top of the front gate pillar for anyone who walks past to take.

I daydream about setting up such a company but unfortunately my tech skills don't translate to setting up a courier business.

Haha. Even better if it's someone from this site. What about an Apple & gadgets couriers? Make 'Your time is our priority' the slogan?

Well that was a surprise just picked up my 13 pro max from Noel Leemings! wasnt expecting it till next week or even later. So in the meantime I had picked up a used 6splus to use , and I forgot to remove a bid on a 6s. So question 1. What do you call a clutter of iphones on my desk? Is there a plural term for multiple Iphones?. Anyway... any one have a requirement for, in very good condition a 6s or 6splus say $140 and $200? (no boxes or chargers) plus delivery message me

I called up DHL. Sounds like if your piece ID doesn't come up on NZP tracking website then they haven't given it off to courierpost / nz post yet (hasn't been scanned into their network). Of course can't give any ETA, COVID delays, etc.

Ugh.

Nah......my piece ID didn't work on NZ Post - said No Information........then they were delivered 20 mins later by NZ Post......I refreshed the NZ Post page again and it said Delivered.......

PS. DHL site STILL says Customs Status Updated.......

Its interesting so many of ours are being delivered by NZP, guess DHL are swamped

My delivery was with a different driver, but I've had him before

With comments like this I'm not sure whether I should give up hope for today or not lol.

My courier has been past around 11am but didn't have anything for me. Do they do multiple trips to a depot in a day? (... meaning it could still get delivered?)

Seems like very poor tracking integration between DHL and NZPost as the last mile carrier.
Surprising given historically DHL (in my experience) have had a very high level of service and tracking.

I've had my regular driver deliver super late, like end of day, one time so maybe? And, are ALL Apple deliveries being handed off to NZP today, or are DHL still doing some?

I'm sure you'll get it today - if you ordered from Apple they'll be pushing DHL hard.

LOL - I have visions of you at your front window watching the courier go past.

HA! I just got an update on DHL that my package has been forwarded for delivery. Then I checked NZP website using my piece id as the tracking number and it says 12:54 - "Tracking number allocated to parcel"

Progress..
