At this point I'd be surprised if they were coming from China. I'm pretty sure that last year my 6 Plus left China three full days before the day I had it in my hot little hands.

So if the phone is delayed what will happen? just curious as you see it all the time and I don't think a few days, in factb a couple of weeks makes any difference, certainly not enough to be getting upset about.

You see the thing is that you are a normal human being. There are a breed of human beings (myself among them) that are Nerds and Geeks, and our lives depends on Tech and gadgets. If there are any delays, it would equate to the end of the world for us :D

A lot of society these days expects and demands instant gratification....

Myself included, that said because the leap from Iphone6+ to Iphone6S+ I am not going to slit my wrists because I have to wait until 12th October.... Stupid website for finance not going through quick enough and then them taking 3 days to get it processed....

Spark just called me (I thought it was to get the prep done for the launch in store on Friday), and apparently they've been told by Apple they won't be getting any iPhone 6S Plus in Rose Gold for weeks. Bugger! Had to settle for the normal gold one instead. Wonder what the pre-orders are like?

That sucks for you but at least they were in the position to be able to sub you out an alternative model without waiting instead of just lumping you with an issue outside of their control.

Looking on the website, the delay got rose gold is estimated at 3-4 weeks and has been for a few days now... My sister in law has a preorder in with Spark for a rose gold one too... She'll be spewing when/if she hears she's not getting hers for a while...

Just got another call from Spark, deffo first in the queue on the day and the Herald is interested in speaking to me about it. They can take photos of me crying for not getting rose gold lol.
