~5am tomorrow if in line with previous launches.
The golden master ispw file was like 1.2gb, it might be smaller if updating over the air.

Yip, came out a few hours ago. Need to update iTunes as mentioned and for me, it also installed an iCloud client - which I shall disable at some stage.

 Hey Richard.

I am downloading it to my Ipad first as it is more important that I have my Iphone working how I expect it to.

Will see how I go then decide if I want to do the phone.

700+ MB for the download.

22 min to go......

After about 10 attempts since 5am (I was awake anyway) I have been able to download the update. Now it is failing to verify with Apple's software update service "unavailable at this time". Fairly typical with servers getting smashed. Just have to keep trying!

Cheers,
Joseph

My Ipad seems to have downloaded, but I am getting the same issue with the verification.

Interesting that IOS 7 is now showing as 935MB.

Up and running ... I'm loving it. It feels like a whole new phone.

Took about 45 minutes download and 5 minutes to install and about a 1 minute to set up

all done on my work iphone 5. Home ipad still ticking away.
Very easy, took a while to download and then a while to setup and then a while to work out how to do some stuff!

Double click the home button and swipe up to close an open app for instance.

Yep, success here after several attempts. I like it a lot. The animations might get a bit tedious tho.

Cheers,
Joseph

The 120fps video option.

I just updated OTA right on the device, seems to be quicker. I don't use iTunes on Mac (or PC for that matter).

Updating 2 ipads, 1 ipod touch, and 2 iphones.

Has been troublesome, multiple download failures -- often failing after downloading 1gb  ... probably I've consumed 10 gig of data so far trying to update.  It also failed directly from the iphone. But, heavy server loads.

Anyway, the iphone 4 is now updated via itunes  - it took around 40 minutes to update -- the first thing I notice is the loss in performance -- screen transitions are not so smooth as previous.   I can only assume the new OS is heavier on the cpu/memory.

The ipad 4 is updated too - -performance good, but, for some reason the capacity bar in itunes is only showing 'other', even after rebooting, resyncing etc. So something is not right. I might have to restore the ipad.
