Jet Black comes with warning that it may get scratched easily

Apple's early fine print is obviously an attempt to defuse any future "scuff gate" issues,

On a matte device scuffs/scratches are not that obvious, but on a shiny one they will stand out,

I think I will head down the Matte routes

Well, Matte Black seems to be the favourite.

Black would be my choice, if they made a bright yellow my wife would buy one. After many years an Apple user I moved away from the brand and  in reality I struggle now to find a reason to return to Apple products

The answer is clear, I'd you drive a lowered matt black skyline, you choose matt black. If you drive a shiny black Mercedes, then piano black it is for you...

Best case I have ever used is a Rhinoshield bumper.

Innocuous looking creation that protects from drops and falls like nothing else, yet remains minimally intrusive. There's videos of people hurling phones equipped with these across carparks with no ill effects.

To be honest, and after 4 or 5 iPhones, I considering getting something else.... They are just seriously just bad at a handful of tasks. I like the look of the black iPhone 7. So will take some time and think about it.

What exactly are they so 'bad' at? (Besides the hole In your wallet of course!)
