gehenna:@josh9089 take it to an apple authorised repair centre. Somewhere like Service Plus. They will assess the phone and if they find that it's a physical fault (Which they will), they'll repair it under warranty for free. The reason you'd call Apple first is to just make sure there is a record of the issue in their system for the repair centre to cross reference to. It just speeds things up. But it's not necessary.
