I think thats been registered for a while so im not holding my breath :(

Yeah, that's the one. Birthdays in the address book are a day off too. I wasn't the first person to report it but I can only see my own reports so I don't know the progress of the other reports.

* tap-hold-context-menu (e.g. tap-hold-open-in-new-tab for Safari)
* universal landscape/portrait support
* copy and paste
* bluetooh OBEX/A2DP
* mass storage device access via USB connection
* native PDF, TXT et al document reader, so files that synced/copied to iPod Touch/iPhone can be read/display - via bluetooth OBEX/USB
* more reliable WiFi connection

My top 5 would have to be (in no particular order):
  1. Background Tasks so the apps like Beejive are actually useful
  2. Turn by Turn Navigation with Voice
  3. Landscape mode using the accelerometer, system wide inc. Home Screen
  4. Video
  5. Customizable "scrolling" lock screen info, i.e unread emails, rss, weather, unread text alerts
Of course there are loads of others that should already be there....Copy/Paste (has never been a huge one for me but I can see why people want it and yes it would be useful), MMS, A2DP, Contact Cards....to name just a few, but hey we all know Apple aren't gonna give us everything.
In the meantime we Jailbreak ;)

Cheers

Being a BB user looking to move when my contract ends this is all good news!  What has stopped me in the past are two things:

1)  No cut and paste.  Not a biggie for some but I use this every day on my BB.
2)  16GB - I want the iPhone to replace my BB and iPod.  I'm not a massive music user but with an iTunes library of 18GB and a refusal to choose what to put on an iPod I'm hoping to get a 32GB version July/August.

I don't even mind if the phone is exactly the same shape and size 'cos then I can use the Grifin Clarify case I won a couple of weeks ago in the Evernote twitter comp! :)

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I thought the same thing about size when I bought my iphone, moving from a 80GB ipod that just barely contained all my music down to a 16GB iphone!

Now though my 80 barely gets used except for long car journeys, Ive easily adjusted to not having everything on the phone, and as its charged every night, theres plenty of chance to cycle things around

Behodar: There are currently four things keeping me from an iPhone:

1. No copy/paste.
2. No tethering.
3. Not on Telecom.
4. Limited to 16 GB.

Hopefully OS 3 will solve #1 and #2. #3 will solve itself in June, and with any luck a new 32 GB model will be released to coincide with the new OS.

a  question . why is 16gb too small was not aware that there where phones that come with more than 16gb currently

Ah but they usually come with expansion slots such microSD and whatnot so you can carry as much as you want
