Yes, Your correct, Just checked and the wife's M1 MacBook PSU has duckhead.  However, our latest two iPads and old iPhone Xrs did not, probably because they were pretty small to start with.  Of course our latest iPhone 15s did not come with any PSU.

Thanks for all the info and to the ones who’s offered a duckhead.
Someone in Auckland might have one available for me. If not, I’ll reach out to one of the other posters here who offered to post a duckhead.

Looks like this replacement programme is still running. This is one way of getting a new duckhead adapter for free. 

 

You only need to fill out a form and provide a serial number. Once the form is submitted, you should get a free adapter sent to you.
