If you could ask about it for me that would be fantastic !!!

I was emailing Marc last year but he went cold on me... perhaps I said the wrong thing ?

Honestly i love this app and dearly want it to work again I understand it must be for them to keep up with all the recipes... guessed i just lucked out with xtra/telecom but there must be others in the same boat as me especially with broadband

thanks again
sam

aye it works fine for me on voda and telstra, but now i am on XT it doesnt work. calls to telecom didnt get it resolved either.shame really as its really useful to find out your usage on the go. Telecom should create an app themselves like voda do...

Gehenna did you get any news back from Marc ? as i am having no joy... i am at the point wish they would tell me to go jump and say they had no plans to support telecom.. rather than having it as a broken useless option..and not replying to me.....

i still would like it fixed though ..

gehenna: Sorry Mauricio for pimping another forum here, but Marc and the team from Bjango are members of MacTalk and regularly keep up with the threads concerning their products.

Try posting your issue there: http://www.mactalk.com.au/forum.php

Marc and I are also Mods on the forum so I can probably bring it to his attention for you.

Nope, if you can post it on the forum I can direct him to it, since that forum is essentially the defacto Bjango support area.

There was an actual Bjango sub-forum a few weeks ago but things have been moved around and changed a bit since the upgrade to vbulletin 4, so just post in the iPhone Apps forum when you get time.

Is it related to the main Telecom usage page requiring you to be on a Telecom connection to connect?

I have suggested the telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter one to them via email as even though it is more basic it works from all networks, you should too! :-)

I have given up. I don't feel it is my job as a user to fight this hard to get it to work... such a shame

Each to their own. It is a free app that supports a very large number of services. I'm going to persevere.
