Prepay XT, phone number is my username, and presumably, is the log in where I check my prepay balance (can't remember).

If it's not working for you go to http://bjango.com/help/consume/sendingusage/ and follow the instructions. They are very good at responding.

It is strange as they started off being so helpful i thought they were going to sort it...

even telecoms mobile usage page is a mare to get to so i understand banjo's problems but it must be fixable...

fingers crossed

I agree there usage meter sux if i am on wifi It wont work i have to be on there 3g network and usually wont work.

stuck having to log on to my telecom which is ok'ish but a pain compared to consume and there brilliant visual meter that lets you know wow your doing over your month.... ( giving up trying to get my wife to look there so se dosent go over her usage too much.

Sorry Mauricio for pimping another forum here, but Marc and the team from Bjango are members of MacTalk and regularly keep up with the threads concerning their products.

Try posting your issue there: http://www.mactalk.com.au/forum.php

Marc and I are also Mods on the forum so I can probably bring it to his attention for you.
