i really don't know where this thread is heading ... if you want to know why apple charged you 6 times you could either ask apple ... or perhaps you know the reason (*raises one eyebrow*)

My card got declined a week ago (don't know why, the transaction was just declined) . But when I rang up Apple they said they saw no problems on their end. 

Today I've received my iPad2. Still no recharge on my card. When will apple realize they don't have the money? LOL.

The initial charge is just an authorisation - they don't need it.  You'll be charged about a week or two after you actually receive the product, when you least expect it (that's what happened to me).

The funny part is when you're trying to tell them you haven't been charged and you're concerned that something might have gone wrong and you're trying to be honest, and the call centre person starts treating you like a criminal - e.g. "Is there something you want to tell Apple?  Is there something wrong with this credit card?"
