I think it's indicative of the mobile data rate costs that more wifi only tablets are being sold than 3G capable units...

I get 3GB for $40 from the Vodafone iPhone plans which is great for tethering - since then Vodafone has unfortunately moved backwards - I also have a 12GB 6 month plan for $99 on my new iPad from 2degrees which makes more sense - Contrary to some users will say and preach about ALL networks having 'pockets' of poor signal spots when it comes to reception (theoretically), in a practically scenario I am always the butt of a joke in the group whenever I run into reception issues when my mate's XT and 2degrees iOS devices happily run fine.

But thanks Mauricio for bringing this to our attention, I am confident people are not running out to grab this deal anytime soon.
