Aahh, lucky choice. I'm pretty 50/50 on my decision on Natural Titanium, kinda wish I'd picked White. Worried Natural Titanium might look too grey. But no changing it now.

I was in exactly your shoes and picked the NT while thinking that White might look better.
NT arrived and it looks nice, kind of like a matte silver colour.
I don't spend all day looking at it so don't really mind the colour. It's a tool for me.

Hmm good point. After all I probably will rarely look at the back of the phone.
Agree on the colour, I spend 99% of the time looking at the screen, the only time I took any notice was when I pulled it out of the box, and popped it in it's (clear) case. I just went with what Spark had in-store at the time I was in there (which happened to be the Blue one, exactly the same...well almost the same colour as the iPhone 12 Pro it replaced. Much easier to change the look of the phone with a case, rather than locking yourself into a colour...only reason I'd go for the Titanium version is to let people know I have the new model, but they (and I) don't really care about that.

TechnoGuy001:@bendud which colour did you get?
I picked the "Natural Titanium" 15 Pro on 27 Sep from the AirNZ points store, from what I've heard, sounds like they order/ship direct from Apple.
They gave an eta of 30 days, which has come and gone too.
Also @mAYH3M, which colour did you get? The Natural & White Titanium models of PM have bit of a backlog compared to Blue and Black
6 more weeks!? 😬
Sure hope mine doesn't that that much longer. That's wild.

Natural Titanium but asked if they have any other colour in stock as colours are irrelevant.Told to wait for 6 more weeks for 15PM!
6 weeks! Damn. Local JBHifi stores (Auckland) are showing stock of all model 15PM's except the Blue and Black ones...they have just updated their website so not sure if stock showing is actually available.

beanlord: Hi friends, just wanting to share some info I got from apple directly today.
I purchased the 15PM natural titanium on the 30th of September from AirNZ airpoints store. Still awaiting shipment. I called airpoints store and managed to get the apple order number - Apple has told me that they have yet to receive a shipment from AU Apple since I placed my order, and I should expect it around the 20th of November. Coincidentally this is the same expected delivery day as what is on the apple store today.
Daamn, that's shocking. Seems like Apple really underestimated demand, or having some supply chain issues.
Still no update on my airpoints purchase either (15 pro).

Is something that happens every year really shocking?
ooh does it? This is my first time buying an iPhone. Had no idea it was this bad every year after release.

I believe Samsung also struggles to meet demand when they release updates to their flagship phones. Initial interest in this sort of thing is always high from enthusiastic early adopters and the factories can only ship so many units per day/week/month. I am far from an expert in this but have been observing technology for 20+ years.

Yeah. You either order on day one or it takes a month or so for supply to catch up.
