That was me.

For the first 15-20 minutes, the Vodafone's iPhone 7 page just showed 6S's, but had "iPhone 7" in the title. If you used the page to enter an order, it even added a 6S to your shopping cart!

The 7+ page worked from the beginning, though.

That makes sense then.

I ordered a 7+

Still nothing on my order, i am pretty sure they know whats coming by now.

They could at the least tell me I'm not getting my phone so i can make other arrangements.

They must have absolutely no stock of Jet Black 7/7+? You would have definitely been one of the first if not the first to order.

I felt like I must have been the first to order a 7, yet still pending.

Ive still had nothing from Vodafone, Jet Black ip7. Not even an email

Neither have I... Rang them a few days ago, and they said wait until Friday. Have just emailed them again. Pretty slack to order something on Saturday, and still not to have heard anything. If it was anything else, I would have taken my business elsewhere... But now that I am "in the queue", I guess it would be crazy to...

Vodafone have really dropped the ball big time. We get that there is limited stock, we get that there is huge demand. But if you aren't going to process orders at all for certain models, you need to let everyone know. A simple email saying "we can't process your order at this stage as we are waiting on more stock. We will follow up when we get stock" will suffice. This whole "you'll get it when you get it" thing doesn't work. "first in first served" doesn't work either. We were first in! And we haven't even received a delivery estimate!

One year I got sent someone else's order number, saying they couldn't accept it as the credit check wasn't good. Then they were like.... Oh, don't worry, yours is fine. We will process it now.

Another year courierpost were so overwhelmed and understaffed, Vodafone sent an email a week after launch day saying "yeah don't wait for delivery, just come to this depot and pick it up"

Will be ordering through Apple next year.

Vodafone have put up an order tracker on Vodafone.co.nz.

Says my iPhone 7 Jet Black 128Gb will ship from 23rd.

Good idea, would have been a great idea hadt it been before everyone went crazy.

Issue is that where ever you do go, there is still a wait, no one else has stock either.

Nothing to do but wait it out..
