How have you found it? I picked mine up this morning. Really enjoying it as my first Apple Watch

This one was a birthday gift for my partner so I don’t even get to use it! My Series 5 is still hooning along nicely but I’m definitely going to be keeping an eye on the new bigger screen.

I do love the Midnight colour too. It’s definitely more black than blue, in fact it’s hard to see any blue in it at all unless under direct light.

Managed to get my midnight aluminum 45mm delivered today from Spark, band is borked, so much wiggle despite being seemingly seated properly - no sliding occurs and only affects one; the band that has the clasp thing on the sport band.

Since Spark don't even have any series 7 stock (watches or bands) in stores, I now wait for a courier bag to return then and for them to send out a new Apple Watch.

That's disappointing.

reading through Apple forums, it appears their QA is really taking a nosedive. iPad Mini's are turning up with blemishes, faulty screens etc and then this...quite poor compared to how they used to be.

So 2 returned watches later I am still without a watch and the service and support from Spark has been supremely lackluster.

1 Agent just sent me up the garden path and exposed me to taking on a new 2nd watch without the status of the 1st watch being finalised - if Ingram Micro or whoever on the other end of the return deemed that my fault was not a fault then I'm on the hook the that 1st watch.

Then they charge me for 2 one number plans - because 2 watches, so 2 one number plans using the same number - my cellphone? Seems off.

So Agent 2 found the 2 plans weird, and then also the behaviour of the 1st agent - ordering a new watch and forcing me to take my 1st watch back home and wait for a prepaid courier bag, where they could have happily taken it instore.

Agent 3 then said, yeah this is all very odd, and went to talk to the manager, came back and said; yeah we better not give you this 2nd watch that we ordered for you because we agreed that the 1st watch had a fault and it needed to be returned.... let's wait for the outcome of the 1st watch and then we will look at getting you a watch.

So I have taken from the experience that Spark don't really sell Apple Watches, they are a middleman, and also that nobody knows enough to be useful.
