Lucky you, shouldnt all ours update because they would've shipped them all in at the same time to NZ? Or do they ship when an order is placed? Cause if we can buy things on apple online and it delivers within 24hrs, there must be a warehouse or something that holds them, wouldnt they get a shipment of iPhones to stock?

I think they must have a warehouse here in NZ that in stock items get sent from but if you order something that is out of stock i think they send you one from the factory

I think most places are out of stock now, the fastest way is probably going to be sticking with the apple website

The DSE ones shouldn't be available for sale without a contract. I work at DSE and was unable to buy one. The ones that say they are outright you need to prove you have a pre-existing contract

Mine has just been updated to "Prepared for Shipment", this means that it still hasn't been sent though by the looks of it so it is still 2-3 days away.
