As mentioned before in this thread. The iPhone does NOT run OSX. Macintosh Computers run Operating System Ten ie OSX.
iPads, iPhones and iPod Touches run versions of Apple iPhone OS 3 at this stage.

Over the drowning in fanboyism remark from others.

And for the record, the iPad runs a version of the iphone OS, which is part of the OS X family.
