Scott glad to have you aboard the mission to get this sorted ..

i had sent Marc all my user names and passwords last year to try to get it to work... but then he vanished

according to gehenna forum mod here who know Marc www.mactalk.com.au is there support site, here is the link to my post...
http://www.mactalk.com.au/59/98819-banjo-consume-iphone-app-telecom-new-zealand.html#post1083009

but was never answered

i also tried banjo@twitter... same result

it would be easy for him to tell me it will never work... if thats the case or work in progress.. i just get no response.

i tried to be helpful as i could and and nice.. perhaps i just pi**ed him off

i did hear telecoms back end is old and useless which cant help banjo to get it to work

I have been in contact with Marc from Bjango RE: XT and Consume. I am working with them to achieve a fix which won't happen overnight but I am confident will happen.

I suggest you all leave it with me rather than us all adding to the workload at Bjango's end.

So far as Telcom's usage meter is concerned it is my experience that you can only access it via the WAP services (Telecom Content) option, the Telecom Internet Telecom Data) option or WiFi will not allow it to work.  Remember that this part of the Telecom site is unmetered so it doesn't use your data.

When accessing the mobile internet my phone (which isn't an iPhone) gives Telecom internet as the first option when connecting and I need to choose the WAP services.  I have no idea how you might do this on an iPhone but I'm sure that if you use the WAP services the usage meter will work.  It does for me every time.

Used to use this app to check Telecom broadband usage, but gave up on it after a while of not working. Bit of a shame

I'm not sure what you mean by that comment, it works perfectly well for me.
