PoHq:

No hissgate here on my 7 Plus, either I don't have the issue or I haven't put it under heavy enough load.

yeah putting a good load is definitely a requirement.

can someone do a social exp with a 7 plus, install like 8-10 apps in background while having say 8 apps switched on and running youttube to check if this indeed a issue.

I am wondering if apple would recognize this and if this is something which can be fixed by software update?

8:34 is when my confirmation email came, iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 128GB

I first noticed the hissing on the first night I had the 7 Plus when it was running as I was going to sleep, downloading 800 Spotify songs seemed to put enough load on it that I could hear it from 30cm away or so. This was a few days before it was recounted online.

Received tracking information from Apple at 4AM.
It appears that my phone left China on the 17th, and arrived in Auckland yesterday morning (never passed through the Sydney warehouse).

As usual I am the exact same. Says on the Apple site the estimate delivery is on September 28th but I highly doubt that seeing the phone is already in Auckland. I'd say today or tomorrow

I believe you will also receive it today. It was delivered to me just before 8am!

yaaay that's awesome! I hope you're loving the phone :) on the TNT site it says it was delivered at 6:59am but my dad's office didn't open until about 8am. Is it TNT all the way? But I'm glad to hear you have yours that's very reassuring!

Turns out Apple had given me the wrong shipping number and even though when it shows as "delivered", my phone hasn't arrived yet. I have Apple a call and they said they'll try and find me the correct tracking number by the end of the day. Very frustrating.

I checked my order and the same thing has happened to me. Not happy! I was told that I would be emailed by the end of the day with an update.

Well my 7 plus gold just showed up from Apple. Got delivery notification yesterday and appeared today which is great. I ordered about 10pm on the day you could order from the apple site.

Dates were initially scheduled today through Friday for delivery, then this got pushed to next week same days. Then suddenly I got the alert yesterday. So yay!

CourierPost is the worst service I've ever used. Is there a way to make Spark not use them to deliver parcels for me the in future?

Within the past month, I have had multiple fake delivery attempts by the driver.

First one is Galaxy Note 7 on August 19, then iPhone 7 Plus 128GB (Rose Gold) on September 16 and now today iPhone 7 Plus 128GB (Black).

I understand the experience may not necessarily be true to other users of their service, but I have tried giving them formal complaints and it just went ignored. So sick of having to chase up for products I buy.

CourierPost isn't perfect in my experience but it has never been this bad for me. TNT and NZ Couriers on the other hand basically fluffed every Apple-related delivery/collection and usually lied through their teeth about it. So glad that Apple appears to have dropped them.

I had a play with a jet black 7Plus today. Nice phone, light and very good build quality which is not a surprise. It does look nice in jet black especially the near invisible seam between screen and chassis. I thought my Galaxy S7 Edge was a finger print

magnet but sheesh the Jet Black is really a champion finger print gatherer.
