Tracer:

Can't check my Watch tracking info. :(

You'd think in this day and age Apple could update their store without taking the whole thing down for a release.

I guess it builds up the tension for the impending release.

groynk: Anyone taken advantage of 2degrees or spark’s interest free repayment options?
I'm planning on using one since the $39 plans now seen to qualify. Forces me up from $16 per month on skinny but get extra data for that and otherwise seems to be no other hidden catches.
No penalties for early exit (just have to pay up remaining phone cost).

I have with Spark but on the $29 Smart One Bill plan. 300 mins + Unlimited Text + 1GB Data + Spotify premium.
If your nice to the staff they may also give you an extra 1GB Data and 1GB Socialiser Data like I got.

Oh that's a nicer price point... Is it a tie-in to home broadband? I'll google it now :)
2degrees have a 36month option which leans it slightly in their favour, but a cheaper plan is good.

I could only find references to this plan in 'terms & conditions' pages through gooogle,

it's something to do with fixed lines? (what are they? un-broken lines? :p)

Ordered it now through 2degrees, they give more data for the same $40 price point + spread it over 36 months

Red + 64gb flavour. I've never gone managed to fill 64gb unless I left camera roll build up for over a year

Just pre-ordered my XR through Vodafone but I have yet to receive any confirmation email yet. Weird.

Comparing the Mate 20 Pro next to the XR, the Mate 20 Pro seems like a bargin!!

Looks like the Mate 20 Pro has the fastest LTE and WiFi 802.11ac speeds.

I have the XS but will pick up a 20 Pro just to test it out.

Does anybody know if I purchased AppleCare+ from an overseas Apple Store, that I would be able to apply it to my iPhone purchased in NZ? Heading to Melbourne soon and AppleCare+ is ever so slightly cheaper there.

Did the Googleing for you:

3. What is not Covered?

3.1 Hardware Services and ADH Services

Apple may restrict Hardware Service and ADH Services to the country where the Covered Equipment was originally purchased.

Legal - AppleCare+ Australia

Might still work, but my advice would be not to buy AppleCare+ in Australia for a NZ bought phone.

I haven't seen any - your best bet is to get someone going to Oz to get one from an Apple Store while they're there...

VERY happy with it so far. I’m still on original charge currently 11% battery after full charge at 11am Friday. I’ve come from iPhone 7 so Face ID is great and I’m also really enjoying the extra screen real estate and much louder stereo speakers.

I got the blue colour and even though I purchased it sight unseen im very happy with it.

Overall no issues at all yet 😊

Just had a play with the work mates XR and must say it's very nice.

She got white.  I want to see a blue one now :)
