What are the reasons you guys have ordered throught Vodafone rather than dealing with Apple direct?
Wife ordered last Friday night, phone arrived yesterday morning.
Tracking number wasnt sent until they had attempted delivery which is a bit strange given the order was processed two days prior.
I wasnt happy with the packaging.... phone box simply jumbling around....only found one air cushion. I think two smaller cushions would be better than one the large one.

For me it was about the rebate of $800.
Next year i will buy from Apple again.
It's just easier these days to go on their open plans and pay the phone off over 24 months etc. I really don't know why people go on term plans now as they cost more for the same that you get in the open plans.
Like the red+ open is $99 but the same plan "with a phone / 24 month term" is $149 a month, 49 x 24 months = 1176 which cost more than the $800 you got off the phone.
I wanted to buy through VF (On a 24 month plan) so that I get the increased data allowance over an open plan, phone subsidy, can pay off over 24 months interest free (Not that I needed to, but it's easy) and the biggest attraction for me is the 12 month phone update for $20 per month.... All the rumours point to a major upgrade next year - and if I can get one for $240, then that sounds like a good deal to me!

Yeah, but it's the same reason I prefer to lease my cars.... The hassle factor.

I've always been on the $99 24 month term because previously, it was the only way to get enough data. Now the only thing keeping me on that is phoneinsure, which I've got really good use out of. It's $11 a month and $125 a claim, and lets be honest, these phones are so fragile chances are you will smash it up a few times a year. It's good peace of mind too, you wouldn't carry around $1500 of cash in your pocket.
JPNZ: Same as yours mine says shipping from 30th sept. iPhone 7, 128Gb jet black.
Glad I haven't sold my iphone6 yet lol
Now when I log into the tracker with my number it says "will ship when stock arrives, check our website shipping dates" those shipping dates are 3-4 weeks :-(
Panasonic 65GZ1000, Onkyo RZ730, Atmos 5.1.2, AppleTV 4K, Nest Mini's, PS5, PS3, MacbookPro, iPad Pro, Apple watch SE2, iPhone 15+
Mine was showing as shipping from the 30th of September all weekend. Have just checked now and its changed to 24th...
After seeing JPNZ's post i checked again and it now says Ships from 24 Sep.
Mine has moved out to ships from 1st October.
Seriously unhappy with this shambles. I would have ordered through Spark/Apple and had some certainty had I known how this would be.
Now that I'm off contract, I'm considering moving 2 x home broadband connections, my mobile and red share elsewhere.
I thought Voda was only bad on the cable network, but this set it into being across the board for me.
