Yeah I suppose i just don't like the idea of spending 1000 dollars on a phone that i have to carry around with me all the time and that will have to be replaced in "2 Years" when i can spend 149 on a phone and if it breaks it is not the end of the world if i can replace it for 150 instead of 1000.

yeah, fair enough.

Everyone to their own I guess (:

Back on topic though;

I am actually not suprised at all at the lack of camera on the new iPod Touch and/or built in mic.

I think that would more-or-less be Apple shooting themselves in the foot.

Jordan: How is the iPod going, is it working well, any tips?

As of this morning my iPod has shipped and the accessories have arrived on my doorstep so I am extremely happy. Hopefully the iPod arrives on Tuesday/Thursday as I am not at home all day Wednesday

Well my touch arrived today and I am extremely happy with it. In fact I am posting from it now.

Cool. Sorry for not replying to your message before, I have been busy recently.

I wish my touch had better battery life, let me know how yours goes. I guess because I am using the internet and playing games and stuff, it wouldn't last very long. I hope my battery isn't faulty.

I hate the way it gets so dirty so fast, I need to find a case sometime.

if you are experiencing battery troubles, also take a look at your screen brightness settings. These effect the battery charge significantly.

Yeah, I have it set on auto. Any idea where the sensor is that detects the light in the room?

if you chuck it in direct sun light, it should be (unless its different than the iphone) in the right hand corner (top)

do a quick search on google, that might answer that question for you.

Also; what kind of battery life ARE you getting exactly with all this gaming and what not?

Not quite sure what I'm getting, I haven't really had it that long, but maybe 2-3 hours.
