PaulBrislen: I am the twitter rep. ;-)
I think you'll find that the song linked to was played by Apple at the Apple announcement...
Cheers
Paul
Spawneh: I really don't see what the issue is here. If you have an app on any device whether it be PC Mac Linux or any mobile os and one of the features or processes causes you as a user a charge or unwanted usage, is it the person charging you at fault?or is it the maker of the app that is generating the charge or unwanted usage.

1080p: Just to give some perspective: O2 have given bulk refunds to all customers affected by this.
I think the Vodafone customers on this forum would like some service like this: https://imgur.com/1oSqC.png. At the moment they're being told "It's not our issue, talk to Apple." What They would like to hear is "It's not our issue, we'll get in touch with Apple for you and see what we can sort out."
The main point here is that despite this being Apple's (poorly written) software causing the problem; Vodafone's customers do not have a contract with Apple. The contract with Apple is between Apple and Vodafone. Vodafone's customers have a right to expect Vodafone to go to bat for them on this issue.
