Aweditorium looks pretty cool.

Anyone know how to get a full list of the applications?
Search kinda works but I can't delete from that list and it is a search, so you have to type in an "a" or something.

What I'm really needing is the folders that the iPods have. Then I can have a folder or 2 for each child and have my apps uncluttered. I know you can organise the pages but its not wildly practical when you have 15 pages of apps and 4 are hidden so you have to organise via iTunes.

Folders are in 4.2, but I read this morning that it's delayed. Apparently lots of people on the gold master were finding it killed their WiFi. As an operator I heartily support killing Wifi -er, I mean, that's a pretty awful bug to have slipped through to this late in the release process... Hopefully not too far away though.

I think I'll leave it a few weeks and see if any big performance killers come out. There's really nothing apart from folders in iOS 4 I'm really hanging out for.

In my haste to share my new acquisition with you all, I linked to the US itunes store. That may have something to do with it.. Other than that I don't know, but as I relax listening to music I would never had heard, watching various images, and singing along with the included lyrics, I truly do feel sorry for you that you are unable to share my experience ;)

I was using Air Video but then wanted something that would also download video via wifi onto the ipad so I paid the few dollars for Buzz player and it works very well without having to run server software.

Main problem with Aweditorium: both things I've heard and thought were cool enough to buy: item not available in the New Zealand Store.

Oh yes, I installed Aweditorium no problem. I mean that I found a couple of artists I wanted to buy music from, and couldn't from the New Zealand store.

Downloaded this last night and have to say I hope the developer does well out of it as it is a brilliant app. I know it is free but I am guessing that if it becomes popular as I am sure it will then there would be a charge to the artists to be included.

Just wondering if the aweditorium problem is because its R12. Maybe I've clicked to only be allowed G rated content... in which case I now have to find it, turn off, download and turn back on again. My kids probably know ;)
