myopinion: I'm lucky just managed to get one outright via our corporate account. Play time over the weekend :)

What kind of corporate account? Is it a large corporate you work for?

Wonder if it's worth a shot asking the Vodafone guys that do our work phones.

3-4 weeks isn't getting any closer!

Hmmm Mum works for a company that has a MASSIVE corporate account and I think she manages it. Might see what I can organise :-)

I still haven't let anyone show me their iPhone 5. I refuse to play with one until it's mine :D

Got an email from Apple saying phone has shipped and will be delivered on the 11th.

Ordered mine on launch day at around 3am.

mattbush: I can't imagine its Apple telling the resellers how to sell the phones!

Apple have given them a grace period until they themselves sell them outright....3-4 weeks.
The resellers are just trying to maximise their profit potential in the meantime.

Okay, so why are Apple products always displayed separately from other products and never discounted?

Man I ordered the second it came online 1.15am order was complete 1.16am and no bump for me. Stink thing is its due date is halfway into a 2 week holiday

My date is still 29/10 - 2/11 for a black 32Gb and I had also ordered an adapter that ships in "October"

Personally, if the extended wait is due to sorting out manufacturing / supply issues then I am happy to wait.

Yeah I'm happy to wait for a quality iPhone 5. I hope the news I just read of strike at Foxconn doesn't chuck a spanner in the works tho.

And as I said my date hasn't changed and I'm waiting on the 32gb white.
