Updated iPad2 to IOS9 several days ago - no problems till today when a email link for a magazine arrived. Normally after download touching the title bar offers apps to open the mag in (mag in pdf format) to open in iBooks. Now the offer is only "Open/Add to Reading List or Copy. However, the mag reads better from iBooks. Googled the problem and it seemed to be an issue in the beta some months ago - doesnt look like its sorted tho.

Just upgraded to iOS 9 (iphone 6) and now when I want to update my apps it tells me "verification is required.......sign in to view billing information" it then takes me to my billing details where I can no longer choose "none" for payment methods. I put my debit card details in (I don't have a credit card) and it tells me that payment has been declined. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have signed into the app store on my macbook and its the same story. These are all free updates to apps i already own. any ideas?

(family sharing is not turned on btw)

It had been getting slower and I was starting to think I need to buy another one. It is my primary device that I use all the time.
What a difference, it feels like it's new again, much smoother and faster.
Browsing feels better, then I installed the Peace add blocker, holy sh$t, astoundingly good. Best browsing experience yet.

Only dislike is the new view of all the running apps.

Did you do anything else like like a factory reset? Mine seems tobe going marginally better but still a little laggy with keyboard etc

No factory reset and no lag.

Help. I cannot download Purify or Admop but receive the message "The app is not compatible with your device". Ihave installed IOs9 on my ipad mini and filtered "ipad only apps" in the app store. I successfully installed InstaPaper app as a test, and can update installed apps. What gives with the ad blockers?? One of the main reasons I was hanging out for IOs9 !!

Ad blockers from App Store only works with iOS devices with an A7 chip or higher. The requirements are a bit higher so it needs a 64 bit processor.

Otherwise you can download a new browser called Adblock Browser.

Encountered another iOS 9 bug yesterday - when I was holding down the home button on my 6 Plus to access Siri, the screen would change to the "Siri screen" but for all intents and purposes, Siri was afk. The microphone button down the bottom of the screen was missing, the "What can I help you with?" never showed up, and no commands were recognised. Had to restart the unit.

Since upgrading to iOS 9 if ask Siri to play a song, the songs loads up in Apple Music, Apple Music says it is playing but the progress bar just sits there not moving. If I pause then un-pause it starts playing. Not ideal for driving - the Siri integration is the only reason I am giving Apple Music a try.

The closest you'll get is to swipe to the right and get the far-left screen (search?) and there'll be some news items there.

Sometimes.

The launch countries for News were US, UK, AUS etc.

No NZ in the list...but we are on the "coming soon" list

Have been trouble free with iOS9 on iPad 2 for a couple of weeks, the only small bug is when closing tabs on safari and the tab name text seems to not delete refresh properly.

Until just now, when it asked to update to 9.0.1. Followed the OTA update prompts, but now it is forcing me to connect to itunes. Most annoying as I have to now install it on a PC first..

I'm still getting no keyboard when trying to enter log in details for hotel wifi. You get the boxes to fill in but no keyboard to input text.

Also no screen input on some apps but that may be the app needing updating.
