They do seem to be running out of ideas. The apple tags and iphone are expected next month, but the iphone isn't exactly ground breaking, it will be faster with a faster refresh rate, but still notched. . Hopefully a new apple TV too as the current one is ancient. They really need a new product. They have missed the boat with the smart speaker, as they really should have small cheap versions of this.

I'm bit like Pavlov's dog in respect to an TV and it is killing me with anticipation. But a lot Apple Fans are like that. 1103 days since last update and counting.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

My watch also shipped today. ETA 24th. (Apple Watch Series 6 GPS + Cellular, 44-mm Blue Aluminum Case)

It is coming from Sydney.

Interesting that it's coming from Sydney, my space grey aluminium GPS is coming from China. Due 29/9

I saw a report that if you choose the wrong size for the new bands you have to send the whole watch back which is rediculous so hopefully, they sort that out soon. https://www.imore.com/if-your-new-band-doesnt-fit-you-have-return-your-apple-watch-too

Happened to call past Noel Leeming on Queen Street today, they don't have the new stuff on display yet (Apple's allocations are sometimes tricky).

I did try on the series 5 Watch as it's the same sizing, and I fear I have ordered the wrong size. The 44mm just seems a little big.... Obviously quite a personal thing, but what size are people going for?

I've been wearing a 44mm for the last couple of years after having a 42mm for the preceding few years.

I'm not a massive guy (5'9" solid build) but I think it looks good to my eye. The 40mm feels a little too petite for me.

Two days since being picked up and no change on my watch shipping from China. Does DHL not like to give updates or has it just not moved anywhere... I'm not used to it coming from anywhere other than Australia.

Mine's the same - pickup from factory (assumedly) and then nothing...looking at internet forums on the same subject this seems common and eventually you'll get a slew of updates through China and Taiwan before heading in the right direction.

I got an update this morning that it landed in Auckland. As of now it’s with the courier for delivery. I guess they don’t update until it gets into NZ.

What was your original estimated delivery date?

Wow. That's quite a bit ahead of schedule

That's usually how it goes: Their estimates for delivery are usually farther ahead than the actual delivery.
