Rgg: SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!! I bought my iPhone 5 on Thursday from telecom on the no term $29 a month and the wifi seems to be faulty (only works sometimes and other times it turns off and cannot find the network). I have restored the phone but that still did not fix it. What are my options?? If I take it back to Telecom should they be replacing it on the spot? Or will it have to get sent away, leaving me phoneless?? Any comments will be greatly appreciated! Just wanting a clear idea of my rights and what to expect/argue for :)
Have you tried it on someone elses wifi connection, just to be sure it isn't your wifi device? Is you device an older one and not 'N'? I have always found IOS devices aren't that great with wifi, especially at larger distances.
