Dingbatt:
tonyc: I have 6 weeks to run on my iphone contract, do you think I would have to pay the $150 resign fee? If I buy today.

I'm sure they are confident they will sell all their stock today so will be happy to accept your $150 if you can't wait 6 weeks.  You need to weight up whether the 4 is worth $25/week to have for that time.  Bragging rights only stretch so far...

Flag that! just sign up a new account, break it and it's only $25 more =D

mkl: I'm going to do this:

Buy iPhone 4 on $40 plan

$619

Pay $40 for 6 months = $240

Break contract after 6 months = $315

Add them:

$1174

$74 more than buying outright, and you get 6 months of calls, txts and 3GB data till sept. Not bad huh?
Any thoughts on this?

I like your math, and I'm oh so tempted... Someone please stop me...

This is what VF online chat just said:

We don't currently have iphone 4 for sale on the website so you will need to contact your local store- here is the link for you to find this-  http://www.vodafone.co.nz/iphone/

Still no confirmation of any sort from VF though.

Is anyone at either St Lukes or New Lynn? They're both somewhat close to my work so hoping to head there just before 12. I wanna know if there are already queues forming or if they're even available there.
