Is there any way to make your own iphone apps for free without knowing coding?

Also is there any way of deleting the stock apps?

You can become an iOS developer for USD99 per year, I don't know the specifics but yes I imagine you would need to do some pretty serious learning.

No, under normal circumstances you can't delete stock apps, but you can hide them away in a folder.

Cheers,
Joseph

Edit.
To actually answer your question, no, officially not for free. I'm sure if you wanted to dev apps for distribution via unofficial channels, I.e. to jail broken devices, then this would be free. Would be hard to get much support I think!

the main thing i wanted to do right now was make an app that just accesses the met service mobile site. Can you create sort of hyperlinks as icons on the spring board?

When you're on the Metservice page, at the bottom of the screen click on the arrow then choose 'Add to Home Screen', and that will place an 'app' on your home screen that will take you straight to the site.

The easiest way is to click on the Middle Icon at the bottom on the screen on safari and select "Add to Home Screen" and it will add an icon to your home screen which will go to the place you made the link from.
