I tried to login to my iCloud account tomorrow but my password was declined. I tried multiple times and was definitely typing my credentials properly. I logged into iTunes just fine and downloaded some apps on my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'd appreciate anyone's help...

There's your problem, you are in a time warp.
Seriously though, when you login to your itunes it remembers your email username so password only required, however logging into icloud requires both email and password.. Any chance you're focussing on the wrong email address?
Well, I did actually have to type my email into iTunes, I signed out and back in and used the same credentials as my iCloud account and it worked... I tried logging into iCloud with my secondary apple id email which didn't work. I can guarantee that I've got the password right I haven't changed it at all and it works in iTunes.
