Help!  I recently changed my Apple ID & password on my iPhone 4s BUT when I try to update Apps it keeps coming up with my old Apple ID and says I have entered the wrong Apple ID or Password??  There is no field to change the Apple ID only the password.  Have tried calling Apple NZ but keep getting a holiday answerphone message (Australian accent).  Arrrgggghhhh HELP ME PLEASE :)

Experienced the same issue today. Changed the email associated with the apple ID that we use for our IT ipad and the apps that need to be updated, keep poppoing up with the old email ID and there is no way to change the username field!!

Go to Settings>Store> and from there click on your Apple ID at the bottom. From the pop up box, select sign out and then sign back in again with your new details

If you go into Settings -> Store there should be a button down the bottom of the list with your old user id click on this and then click sign-out.

When it has signed out click the button down the bottom again and enter in your new username and password.

I did that too. It sign's in fine with the new updated email ID and lets me download and install apps fine too but the old apps that are already installed and needs to be updated, keep popping with the old username which cannot be edited.

I have given the ipad away to someone for few days but one thing I can do is I guess uninstall one of the apps that need to be updated which we downloaded using old email ID and re-install it again. If this works then I could do it with the other 2 apps as well.

You have to log into each account separately to update apps purchased using different accounts.
