I am looking for a way to be able to remotely control an iPhone. Where I can help users who can't follow instructions, configure email accounts etc by seeing what they can see on the screen of the iphone itself. 

Anyone recommend such a thing?

Also for Android if anyone knows of such a thing, can't require root access.
