Is anyone else using this official Apple app to get a free gift every day? I can't get today's one, Toy Story Toons, to work. Presumably this affects everyone but has anyone else tried it?

Hmm, because I just got "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the New Zealand Store."

All the other days have worked so far; it's just today's that I'm having trouble with.

I had problems with Day 4, which is of particular interest to me. I have a case open with Apple. I suggest you open one as well.

Yup, already opened a case and got a response from someone that didn't bother to actually read my request properly so I thought I should post in here to double-check that it's a problem.

myopinion: No problems for me.

That's really strange because the wording of the error indicates that it would affect everyone in NZ.

Day 4 (the cookbook) worked for me, although I had to install iBooks before I was able to successfully download.

Edit: There are new several reviews on the 12 Days app with people getting the same error for today's gift. It's obviously not just me, so I wonder what's different about both of you. You're using an NZ account, right?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I feel your pain. When contacting any support centre these days, that seems to be what happens to me. If you make more than one point in the email, they only reply to one of the points, and then you are lucky if the pint is even answered. I think they just cut and paste answers from a spreadsheet.

I haven't had any problems downloading stuff. Have you tried downloading it via itunes on the PC instead of through the device?

The promo link on the front page of iTunes takes me to a page promoting TST but there's no download link. If I search for it then I don't get any relevant results.

I don't really want the video, this thread was originally the principle of the matter and has since grown into a mystery :)

I had no issues downloading it to my iPhone 5 though speed extremely slow, however for iPad I have to download from iTunes shop on my PC and then sync to my iPad

I did have issues with downloading the cookbook onto my iPhone though, still no luck yet, while no issues with downloading to my ipad. I guess I will just have to do the same from my PC for the cookbook and sync to my iphone 5
