You'll find it in iTunes or Software Update. Not compatible with the evasi0n jailbreak so don't upgrade if you JB.

...altho' they don't tend to say too much about 'fixes' - they don't really want to admit that something was 'broken'.

At the moment iTunes is only offering up 6.1.2 to me - I'm Jailbroken on my iPhone 5 - does anyone know if it's safe to do a restore to 6.1.2 and then re-jailbreak... or is there a chance it will slap 6.1.3 on the phone with no chance to Jailbreak? (I have a couple of glitches I'm hoping a restore will sort out). Thanks.

Cheers,
Mike

There is currently no way for an iPhone 5 (or any pre-A5 device) to restore back to a firmware that is no longer offered.
Hopefully there will be soon. I usually restore every 2 months just to make my iOS devices feel a bit faster again and to have a clean jailbreak to start over again with.

If iTunes is offering 6.1.2 then that's the version that you will get. You probably only have a day or so before Apple stops "signing" 6.1.2 so get in quickly!

I wonder what is causing the battery drain for you. I have 6.1.2 installed on an iPhone 5 with no problems. I'm using Exchange push and Gmail is set to fetch once per hour.
