I have an iPhone 3GS that is on IOS 6.1.3. I have recently swapped from a prepay 2 degrees to a telecom contract account. The cellular data does not work. I have been to Telecom who have checked the APN and said that everything is fine from their end i.e. my sim worked in their phone. I have reset my phone to factory settings on itune and still no luck. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you.
When you put the telecom sim in it should ask you if you want to accept the carrier update if you cancel this then it wont put in the correct telecom apn - if you plug it back into iTunes with the sim in it then it should tell you to update the carrier file. other than that a reboot maybe in order.
