How do you activate an iphone without a sim? or where can you get the cheapest sims.

telecom or vodafone sim is $5 dick smith have them, so does the warehouse, vodafone or telecom stores.

If it's an unlocked iPhone it will unlock with a $5 sim but if it's locked to an overseas carrier it will say unable to activate - if that's the case you'll need to initiate a carrier check to see who it's locked to.

Cool thanks. Didn't realize they were so cheap now. Last sim card I bought a couple of years ago cost me $30.
