wifi on switch is greyed out. Anyone else had this problem on here. Seems to be well mentioned on the internet with allot of people saying the update to 6.1.3 caused it.

This is a common fault, do some Googling... My wife has just had hers replaced under warranty for this issue.

Yep, Girlfriend got this early this year. Apple swapped out the device.

It's a known issue after a software upgrade, and the only remedy is a new device.

Phone is 1 year 6 months old so out of warranty.

I tried putting the phone in the freezer and what do you know... The wifi worked for about 3 minutes.
This makes me think it is either:
a) A software bug relating to the wifi and temperature sensor
b) Cracked solder joints

Or it's a refurbished model from Alaska which doesn't like the warm weather.

Did you buy it on a 2 year contract?

Yes for about 10 minutes, and it actually worked.
