Whenever I open the nz herald website on my iphone (safari), i get the following and very annoying popup...

m.nzherald.co.nz
would like to use your current location

I always enter "YES", but, the box always reappears every time I re-open the herald website...why don't they save this setting or something?

Not fixed by iOS 7 either.

Why don't you get the NZ Herald App?

I agree though, the m.nzherald.co.nz website always asks me too.

This is an HTML5 geolocation api warning. Not much they can do about it (other than stop checking for location), although it is annoying.

Good to know, thanks.

I will probably just use stuff in future if it can't be disabled.

Too many apps already, safari is more convenient.
