I'm newish here so apologies if I make mistakes.:(

Up until about 3 days ago I was able to see my Xtra emails on my iPad. Then they would no longer load.

Any suggestions as to why? And more importantly - what I can do to 'fix' it?

1. Can you browse internet on your ipad?
2. Can you login to your xtra email account via safari directly instead of using the default mail app?




Do whatever you want to do man.

Yes, I can browse happily. And yes, I am going through Safari to Xtramail. It then just sits there dithering (and apparently loading) but nothing more happens.

Well - the miracles of modern communication! I've just gone back and looked at Xtramail. And, lo, there it was! Now I feel like a right chump...
