Hi all,

I'm after an iPhone receipts app which will allow me to take photos of paper receipts, allow me to add a subject/comments and an amount, and flag each receipt with an expiry date.  After the expiry date passes, I would like the app to delete the receipt.  I would like the ability to specify the expiry date per receipt (keep big purchase receipts indefinitely and small purchases for X months).

Has anyone come across such an app?  I've found some quite complex ones which produce expense reports, automatically populate receipt details etc.  But nothing as simple as I am after.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Xero does this, but their APP is so bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not with expiry function sorry. But Scanner Pro app is what I use for receipts on iPad and iPhone. Works well. Syncs with google drive and other services I believe.

And it appeares to be on sale now for $4.19.

Cheers,
Joseph

Edit. I guess you could use the folders for an expiration system. "To Keep", "Delete after 31/3/14" etc.
The app is otherwise really good.

You could try the Wave Accounting receipts app, but this requires you to have an account on Wave. No expiry date either but I find it works pretty well. Plus it's all free!
