If you own an iDevice I suggest updating to iOS 7.0.6 as soon as possible! Apparently it fixes a nasty SSL vulnerability that makes a man-in-the-middle attack trivially easy:

Download via the device....it is only a few MB. But if you update via itunes, 1gb+, boom!!!

Came out a day or two back - on the iPhone it was about 12MB for the incremental, but insisted on a WiFi connection not 3G...

The iTunes version will always be bigger as it is effectively a complete install, not an incremental patch.
