As the title say how long after the launch does Telecom or JB-hifi sell Iphone outright

You probably know that you can order it from Apple directly on their web site.  I'm guessing that would give the quickest result.

Apple are stating 2-3 weeks delivery on their site right now...I'd imagine that's probably when the stock levels will get to a point that the telco's lose their exclusive deal and the outright sales at retailers will begin...

The answer is really dependent on how quickly Apple and make and release stock.

As is clearly evident from previous iPhone launchs, the fact you can't get the device is clearly part of the appeal of the device.
