It's ok I tried everything under the sun and then finally gave in to factory reset the Router. *shrugs shoulders*

Does any other client device get internet access on same access point?

Are credentials correct and it completes getting DHCP config and an IP address?

Can it see the access points admin webpage?

everything is correct double and triple checked on everything. phone connected to router. router sees phone. phone has no internet.

factory reset the router solved it.
