Hi

Just had a international student arrive last night from China with Iphone 4S.
Is it as simple as purchasing a sim card to get it working in NZ doesn't really matter what network it's on.

I've not had much to do with iphones so unsure if there is software locks etc on it.
Any advice or questions I need to ask either the student or telco would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Provided it isn't networked locked where it came from, AFAIK yes it is simply a case of getting a sim from the chosen phone company and turning the phone on.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
