I've got a question about Apple Maps, sorry if this isn't related. Once the map is loaded on wifi do I have to keep data/hot spot on for Siri to tell me when to turn and what not. On android I can just load map and then no need for wifi/data/hot spot, google voice just gives me directions(unless of course rerouting)

Don't think Apple Maps allows for offline storing of maps. But you can use Google Maps on your iPhone and use offline maps.

I use Tomtom for turn by turn on my iPhone and there all the maps are offline as well.
