Not sure whether to ask here or in "Offers and Wanted" since I don't want one as such, just want a price check.

What do you think a fair price for a second hand ipad mini 1 would be? I've been offered one, but not sure on value given they're a bit older...   They're ex-school devices, so potentially fairly well loved.

You will find that most of the apps these days don't run on a iPad 1 so I would check if the apps that you want to use will actually run on it otherwise it's not really worth anything. Otherwise about $50

The 16GB versions are going for around the $200 mark on TradeMe. I would pay $150 - $175. Depends on the condition though.

ipad mini 1 not ipad 1.

It would be for my young daughter, so google docs app and of course minecraft would probably be the main apps, lol.

EDIT: @Sam91, thanks, good to know.  I think the school is selling them for around $150 on trademe, so have been offered it for less... sounds like it could be a decent deal if I can choose one in decent nick.
