The main question is "Why"?

 

It's not a good browser on desktop. Won't be a good browser on mobile. The whole "Continue on" feature coming in Windows 10 is not worth it.

They need to get it right on Windows before trying to expand it.

I'm pretty sure all browsers, under the hood in iOS use the Safari engine anyway.
