Is it possible to sync "notes" and "to do's" between an iphone and a Mac? (Native Mail notes and to do's) Either by itunes (which i haven't used to sync as i don't have an iphone) or a 3rd party app.

I use Mail and iCal to do all my task, projects, notes and love it.  (link) Gingo's I need to start a blog with all the reading on this stuff I do.

Cheers, just doing some research pre possibly buying one.
